Rou provides restaurant and venue recommendations powered by the Yelp Fusion API. Rou is not responsible for the quality, availability, accuracy, or safety of any third party venue or service recommended through the app.
All bookings and reservations are handled entirely by third party services including OpenTable and Resy. Rou has no control over reservation availability, cancellations, pricing, or venue policies. Any disputes regarding reservations must be resolved directly with the venue or booking platform.
Discount offers shown in the app are promotional and subject to participating restaurant availability. Rou cannot guarantee that any venue will honor a displayed discount. Offers are valid for the date shown only and cannot be combined with other promotions.
All preference data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for your own device security. Rou does not collect personal information beyond what is voluntarily provided through email capture forms. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Rou name, logo, app design, and all original content are proprietary and owned by Rou. Restaurant data, ratings, and reviews are provided by Yelp under their API terms of service. All rights reserved.
Rou is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of restaurant data, or availability of any specific venue. Use of the app is at your own risk.
Rou reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email where possible.
